Stress and binging seem to go together. We binge eat, we binge drink, we binge watch movies, etc. While these things may seem to provide a “cure” for the stress, that “cure” can end up being worse for us than the stress was.
So are there healthy ways to maintain our personal health – physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually – in stressful times without resorting to binging? If so, what are they?
